  1. Non-Refundable Fee

    • By submitting your song for a live music critique, you agree to pay a non-refundable fee of $25.00. No refunds will be issued for any reason once the payment is made, except as outlined in section 4 below.

  2. Professional Advice Disclaimer

    • The feedback and suggestions provided during the live critique are based on the professional experience of Jon-John Robinson, a two-time Grammy award-winning producer. However, this advice is subjective and should not be considered as definitive. We strongly recommend seeking additional professional advice to complement our critique.

  3. Right of Refusal

    • We reserve the right to refuse any music submission at our discretion. If we choose to deny a review for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the submitter.

  4. Submission Requirements

    • By submitting your music, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights and permissions to the submitted content. You also grant us permission to play and critique your music during the live session.

  5. Content Usage

    • You acknowledge and agree that your submitted music will be played and critiqued publicly during a live session. We will not be held liable for any unauthorized use of your music by third parties who may access the live session.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    • We will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the live critique session, including but not limited to, any negative feedback or public exposure of your music. Your participation in the live critique session is at your own risk.
